2. The product has not been used or opened from its original packaging
3. You received the product, not in its original form, and found it to be damaged, torn, broken, or in a form that's not able to be used or consumed. Please take a picture of it and send it to info@duacoffeedc.com. If the specific product is available and in stock, we will be happy to send a new one at no cost to you.
